1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items may be exempt from returns, including perishable goods, personalised items, and items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Downloadable digital products

7. Your Statutory Rights
