1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur with carriers. If your parcel appears to be lost, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Everlinezo cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
